  If you prefer not to submit this information electronically, please call or stop by the office to enroll

Immunization Records:

• EELP families do not need to submit Immunization documents, because we participate in the Washington State Department of Health SCCIM program which collects those records for all enrolled students. If you have questions about your child’s immunization status, please let us know.

• If your child will not be receiving certain required immunizations, you may need to complete a Certificate of Exemption from Immunizations before they enroll.
